Went to the Dr last night, my weight is the same from August. Not bad, but not good either. When I go back in a month, I want to be less than I am now!

OH MY GOD I am SOOOOOO hungry today. I don't know what it is. It's like no matter what I eat, it's not enough. It's taking everything I have not to hit the McDonald's drive thru. I have to remember why I am doing this. I am doing this so I don't have to spend so much money in weigh related medication. I am NOT going to over eat today!

I really blew it yesterday. Not only did I fall off the wagon, it backed up and ran me over! I've got to watch it. Yesterday was so stressfull that I didn't even care. I'm back on track today. Today is for me. I'm going to claw my way back on the wagon for me!

I am finally less than my start weight! It only took a month to get myself under control! Whoot Whoot! Now I've got to stay committed. I can do this! I am not going to be a fat bride!
