Tips to fight the cravings?
Try with protein bars. But if you eat it every day you stop losing weight. I take one protein bar with me when I go to birthdays or parties. This is only thing that can stop me to don't eat ice cream(my favorite) or a birthday cake. When I'm at home is much easier because we take a decision to do not bring a food with high sugar carbohydrates at home. Cookies, pizza, ice cream and etc. In the fridge we keep only raw vegetables, dairy (cheese & milk), and some roast meat. Its hard when you have a temptations at night for something sweet to go outside and to buy it and after that you can eat ït while go back at home, because of the rule don't bring junk at home
