Going to stop eating my usual breakfast of whole wheat toast and peanut butter, and switch to a green smoothie (I has my first one yesterday with spinach, blueberries, banana, greek yogurt, and a bit of milk and it was delicious!). While toast with pb isn't the worst thing I eat, it's also not the best, and I eat it every day.

Haven't been eating well...as usual. Did 2 hours of yoga on Saturday but missed pilates on Wednesday (I'm supposed to have Wednesdays off, but got called in). Going to do some weights tonight after dinner. There are no longer any more sweets in the house...since we ate the one remaining sweet thing in the pantry this weekend...a random bag of candy corn left from halloween. Going to try to keep the crap out of the house and increase my chances of success.

Worked out a couple times this week, I think I even overdid it a bit. Still sore from Wednesday's workout. My eating habits were not good though, I need to get it out of my head that it's ok to eat crap because I exercise. It's not ok!!
