After losing aprox. 100 lbs. I gained 100 back after the death of my father in 2007. Since then I have been struggling to lose weight, and keep it off. I eat emotionally, and simply becuase it feels and tastes good. When nothing else can satisfy me, food can. I am looking to burn more than I take in, and stop my trigger moods (boredom, depression, and stress) which trigger my binge eating habbits.

Husband Sabotage...
I have noticed that it is hard to cook food for two when you're living together. BUT I am learning... and it takes time, and there are times I've blamed my boyfriend- because it was the easy way out. However, I am starting to realize a few ways I can make my boyfriend an advantage to my new lifestyle, as opposed to a disadvantage:

When I want a treat I satisfy myself with just one or two bites and give the rest to him.

I compete with him since he is 6'2" and 190 ish lbs. If he is eating less then I try to eat less.

If we have left overs and he wont eat them, I toss them out, or he will eat them. Esp. if they are leftovers I enjoy so much I will eat ALL of the REST of it.

I also know that if he is eating something bad- such as oreos, as he so often does.... I will ignore it. Esp. since I think of all the bad things it will do to me, plus he likes sweets and I like spicy and salty... so I often stay strong- when I stay strong, he relaizes it and respects me more for it.

When he respects me more, I become more attractive in his eyes- and since I am eating healthy and losing weight I become more attrative in my eyes- So it's a win- win situation.

JUST REMEMBER:
Hold your self accountable. You are the only one who stuffs that (insert unhealty- yet so unbearably delicious food here)in your mouth.

Height/Weight/Size
I am:
5'9"
288 lbs
I wear a XL-XXL shirt (depending)
I wear a 18-20 pants (depending)
and I have large breasts 40-42" DDD/E

When I was at my thinnest, I was a 38 DDD and wore a 14-16 pants at 198 lbs.
