Okay so now I kinda know why I havent quite had the motivation....I have iron anemia and hypothyroid....as of yesturday's trip to the doctor. I think I might be changing my diet to Weight Watchers....I think it might be the better answer....I dont know...anyway have a great day and catch you all later.

Okay so today is Tuesday and you know yesturday I didnt start the diet like I said I would...this is my downfall....I need MOTIVATION...feel free to help me in anyway. Now today I woke up and decided that you know what I am the only one that can change this so I went for a 20 minute walk and I brought propel to work to drink instead of pop. I know it is not a huge start but its a start. And my hardest thing is breakfast I am terrible at it. I think I am going to drink slimfast or something unless someone has some suggestions for fast breakfast.....

Hi! I am new to this site and am looking for some success. I am ready to not be so tired and overweight. I have just recently went through a divorce and during that time I was able to loose 35 pounds or so...sad to say it has all came back. So now I am on a mission to try and loose again and this time keep it off. I am looking for any support that is out their and I have chosen the GI diet because I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and it messes with my metabolism. Wish me luck!
