HELP editing a recipe!
Can anyone tell me how to edit my own recipe?
Also, how do you record a measurement like 3 Tablespoons on the recipe, instead of being limited to servings?
[For example I had a recipe that called for 3T of chili powder and the serving on the nutritional profile found on this site was equal to ¼ teaspoon.
So if 3 teasp = 1T, then 36 servings = 3T!]
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FANtastic! I cut refined sugar out of my diet over 10-years ago. Today, I actually dislike super sweet things. I just joined this website to loose some body fat after herniating a disc. I haven't thought about my weight or diet (except to eat "close to the ground" and cut out the middle man) for years. BUT now that I have to drop a few pounds I am surprised at how many carbs (raisins, fruit juices, prunes, baked apples) I eat daily.
It sounds like you have seen the light into good nutrition. Congratulations. You will love the rest of your life and you will inspire others!

Exercise Summary at top of "MY FATSECRET"
Can anyone explain (or point me to the page that explains) to me the exercise summary? Right now, it reads: 1808 kcal / Net -1124 kcal. My diet summary for the day reads 684 kcal / RDI 38%. It seems I a missing the hidden message about the benefits of exercising and I certainly won't want to do that!
Anybody who can help....thanks in advance.
