I have been eating poorly with lots of junk food these last couple of weeks. My cat that I had for over 20 yrs passed away. I am just starting to get back into eating better and exercising. I had gone up a pound - then back to where I was and then lost a pound. I like to see a steady decline in the weight, so that is why I waited so long to weigh in again.
I am off night shift, so I can eat better and work out more frequently at the fitness center.

I was working night shift last month and very lax in eating and exercising. Well, not eating per se, I did that just fine. :-) Just not eating the right things. I also lost my cat last week. He was 21 yrs old. He was not sick, so he did not suffer. I had junk food and pizza after that.
I am in perimenapause and my period just popped up. Could not figure out why I was craving chocolate so much.
I am back on day shift and normal work hours. I will start eating on track today and start back exercising at the fitness center tomorrow.

Still on nite shift. Have only exercised at the gym once during the week. I am not sure how I did it, but I lost another pound.
I am not complaining. :-)
I am off work the next 2 days and hope to get a workout done each day.

Switched work shift month of July.
Working 11pm - 7am.
Completely messed with my sleep.
Have eaten junk food.
Only got to work out once a week.

Hard to follow with all the sweets at work.
Tried to walk at least 2 times a week - sometimes 3 times. Felt good, cuz sometimes I could outwalk the dog. She is out of shape also, just not as bad as me.
