Okay....well.Im still counting. And I make it a kinda fun lil project researching guilt free ways to make things tasty to eat!!..Looking up recipes. I got up today and took my 16year old son to school, then I had my stuff packed to go to the community rec center. I was so proud of myself. I went at 7:30am!. I did 2 miles on the stationary bikes, 1 mile on the track. Then as my own treat i proceeded to the pool and had a lil swim then visited the hot tub for 15min. After this, I went to the showers and stood for a few in the hot water to rinse off from the pool/hot tub. I left got gas, came home washed a load of clothes, made my bed, and made myself turkey sausage and 3 eggs. Then went to work for short shift. Came home and made a couple calls. Ran to store 2xs and my hubby and I made dinner. We then carved at least on of our pumpkins. SInce halloween is not until Sunday here. We wil finish them tomorrow!!. Phew wee...full day. My hubby worked all day and helped with din din, then he did a pumpkin lol. My son was here with his gfriend of 9 mos.. Okay, thats it for now. Just trying to preplan my food. I use index cards to write down what I eat then on the opposite side I put goals and to dos for the day. It is working pretty well. I have colored ones in an index box. I keep alot of self help notes and food ideas in the front of it. I have different notes on my fridge and ones I have engraved inside....so I remember them always. I eat to live...not live to eat. I am the only one who can change this. If I stayed overweight I would be continuing to make that choice and risk health problems. God is also blessing my efforts and accomplishments, for I am also honoring the lord in these ways. I am a temple where the holy spirit dwells. Inward is most important but, we must care enough to take care of ourselves and remember out outward appearance does reflect what we are inside.
