Ok, so I changed up my juice fast. I'm going to juice all through the day but will eat at night after my workout. I've just been craving roasted vegetables of all kinds. I had a huge bowl last night of brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, squash, & red peppers. Probably close to 4 cups cooked. Might add some quinoa to the mix tonite. Come this weekend I'll be grilling chicken and fish.

This weight gain was expected. After juicing only, for 5 1/2 days, I knew the rapid weight loss wasn't normal. The added weight doesn't surprise me. My plan is to lose 1-2 lbs a week. I'm still on track for that. I weigh less this Monday than I did last Monday, by 4 lbs.
Enjoyed a yummy healthy & low fat family BBQ yesterday. slow grilled chicken, tons of roasted vegetables, and a huge garden salad with no dressing. Did not workout, although I did surf in the morning, and did gardening & some chores. Oh and I did have some beers with my boys while BB'ing.
I'm going to do another 5 days of juicing starting today.

Ate some food last night. Had a couple homemade chicken tacos on corn tortillas. Also indulged in a couple margarita with my wife. Will do another 5 day juice fast starting Monday. BBQ'ing with the family tonite.

Finished day 5 of juicing and blending. Will continue tomorrow and see if I'll go 10 days. My goal was 5 and I reached that. My wife came home after being gone a week so we celebrated with a little wine & some Yahtzee. I'm not going to deprive myself completely!

Today will be day 5 of Juice fast. all home juiced veges & fruits. mostly veges. I'll try to carry it through the weekend and into next week. If I choose to indulge this weekend I'll pick back up on Monday for 5 more days.
