I just got back from dancing.... and i have alot of work to do on my body if i want to become the dancer i wish to be... alot of work. have to do a good work out tomorrow... especially on the arms.... oh boy the arms.
anyways started the no eating after 6pm challenge.... and it is going to be hard but i have to stick by it.... i'm use to having a light meal after dancing as i hadn't eaten from lunch at work... so its going to be a big change not to eat after dancing. i really hope all this is the key to some much needed weight loss. This and all the other challenges.... so good workout tomorrow here i come!

Well.. i am starting to feel a bit better now, way better than i have been in a long time. I went to the gym yesterday and just worked out and enjoy my workout. It felt great. then last night went to a Latin and jazz class, worked parts of me man.. that felt great afterwards... will persevere and will continue on this path to my weight loss goal... with God's Help!!! I will succeed!
