Did a workout today morning! Woop! And had a good hearty breakfast. Trying to work on eating better, whole foods so it stops me from snacking on the bad stuff!

😩😔 back at it again, gave birth to my little girl 2 months ago and just let myself go too much 😔 I need to fix up, so here I am again. My biggest issue is my food. So need to track and be accountable! And figure out when to fit in a workout between my 2 year old and 2 month old 😭
