I feel like i am doing very well. Next week I go in for my redo on my bloodwork, as in, sugar levels, cholesterol, etc. I have better energy and am working out on, almost, a daily basis. Finally, i am fitting into pre pregnancy clothes (Ben is 5 years old)! I am in phase3 of the fat flush diet. I would recommend this diet to anyone who wants to make a real change in their eating habits. My skin looks great too!
