well my hubby came back from iraq.. yea!! the good thing was that he came home, the bad thing was that i didnt exercise for 6 days. but i didnt gain any weight which was good. i wasnt eating bad, i just wasnt exercising. my b-day was on the 16th and i ate cake... it was so so good. i also went out for a night of drinking..lol!! so im back on track now and feeling great!!

my hubby left to iraq on aug 12th. the good thing is that he will be back in sep. but i noticed that i started eating more when he left and over 2 1/2 weeks and a trip to south padre island, i had gotten back up to 139 lbs. this past week i really stuck to the diet, and watched my portions and now im back to 135. i guess i was eating out of boredom... well now im back on track. thats why i love this diet because it gives room for error, but you can get back on track pretty quickly.

well i try to eat great. i still exercise 4-6 times a week for 1 hour at a time. the weight just keep comming off and i get alot of compliments on all my weight loss :)
