Hi,
I live in Nashville, TN. I just started the SBD again on Monday 10/13/08.
I'm 41 and had a goal to hit 190-195 before my 40th birthday. I got down to 193 and for some reason fear took over and I've gained almost all of the weight back...
Looking for help and encouragement...Thanks.

Is following South Beach costly?
I used to work for "Jenny" and the price of food was unreal, but that was the only thing I found wrong with that and I loved the one on one's. It seems that on the SBD you don't have to buy stuff you'd never eat. And you don't have to hear "There's nothing to eat in this house but diet food!" And just like YShibata said, cutting out the junk food seems like I'm saving money.

Question of the Day 6/29:
First my Daddy. He's been gone for three years and it still seems like yesterday...I miss you Papa.

Second would be my fur babies who gets the last bite of what ever I'm eating...If it wasn't for them I'd be LARGEVILLE.

Next would be everyone on fatsecret that has become my buddy and has let me be theirs...ThanksWink

Question of the Day 7/2:
My list would be: Lindsay Wagner-She gave me a reason to run my chubby self home each afternoon.
Lynda Carter-Who gave us all a reason to twirl.
Elvis-Who will always be king.
Debbie Harry(Lead singer of Blondie)-Who, at 62, is still rocking.

Weighing in every day
I weigh in every Monday as soon as I get up.It get's me down to weigh everyday. If I don't see a loss or if I see a added pound or two I freak out thinking I'm eating to much and then I end up cutting my calories or thinking "Oh well this diet is not working.Might as well eat." Embarassed
