An early breakfast today. Got up earlier than usual, so I am hungry earlier than usual.
1 fried egg
2 oz. ham
1/4 avocado
1/2 sliced tomato
Boy, was it good. I am not usually hungry until about 11am.
But it was good!!
I am keeping the Protein and Fat up, and less Carbs still.
I like this Keto way of life.

OK, my Yoga is over, I have shopped, drove to shop, helped Hubby to check the AC on the Motorhome.
Just a few small chores today. Tomorrow is another day, so I will probably work harder then. lol Yeah, like that will ever happen.
I have to find me something else to eat, as right now, I am only at 789 calories. Not nearly enough. I will eat more, and record it too.
Go all the FS warriors!!!!
I love reading all the posts here, I learn so much and feel like you are all my friends!!!

Well, I am down more!!
I am happy too. Can you tell?
I am working hard to learn this WOE and will continue to make it a WOL, way of living.
At least I have found something that works for me, and I feel good about it and I also don't feel a bit deprived.
Must be a good thing, for me to be doing? I think so anyway.
I will take any and all losses that I feel better about myself.

Well, my calorie count is back up, but my carbs are too, that isn't good!
My protein is down too, that is not good at all.
I must work harder at eating more protein less carbs but all in all, I will take it all and be happy that I am recording again, to better see where I need work.
I need work all over. lol But I am working on me, everyday every way.
I still need to do my Yoga, but I like doing it in the evening, instead of the morning. I just enjoy it more in the evening, and it seems to help me sleep better at night.
