I haven't been on here in a few days, and I now know I have to get on and be responsible. I gained a lb, yikes! I need to get back on track, It seems like on paydays is when I gain, because we go out to eat, and thats when it happens, because I dont choose my meal wisely! And my exercise hasnt been going right, because I havent been exercising.

So, I am going to stop doing just the Atkins diet and do my own mix of Atkins and Weight Watchers. Its been working for me so far so I decided to switch. I am still going to record my weight, and food intake, and my journals.
