Bonjour,
Une petite question...
Pensez vous qu'il est préférable de faire du rameur 20 min tous les jours (du lundi au vendredi) ou bien 45 min 2 fois par semaine ? Je n'ai pas le temps de faire plus, et c'est la seule activité physique que je peux faire. La semaine dernière, j'ai fait 2x45 min et j'ai pris 500g...( bon, j'ai aussi mangé des crêpes ce week-end mais sans abuser).
