On the Young and Raw nutritional plan.
Started it on May 16th, 2012 and dropped 8 lbs. Now, I'm toning my body with C25K (3x week) and also eating a balanced plan of mostly vegetarian - vegan foods.
Found success finally!

01 June 2010
I'm gearing up to start M. Hagan's "Change your body in 6 weeks". The difference for me is that I am preparing myself for it instead of just jumping into it.
I've set a time line.
I've set a goal for weight loss.
I've set a goal for fitness.
I've set a goal for nutrition.
Along with that, I've been reading info on osteoporosis and it has verified that the Spectrum diet that I am choosing to follow is the best for me.
Exciting to finally feel as if it is all coming together.

Happy New Year!
2010 promises to be a great year - so far, so good. I have decided to get some help so that I can get back into shape. I seem to hurt myself when I try to do it on my own so here is what I've done so far:
Pilates - going to individual sessions to learn the techniques before I join a group. Did 3 lessons which have changed my posture, my knowledge of muscles not used before, and my persistence for good health.
Diet - started with a cleanse so that I can rid myself of debris in my system. Also, trying to cut down on meat, eat more veggies including edamane and more fruit, even frozen (which is better than fruit that is tired).
Toning - again a professional booked for next week to help me with weights.
Cardio - rejoined the Y and am going 2 - 3 times a week for starters. Also walking more (as if I don't have a car).
So - pleased and happy.
