Overdid it on Friday, but still had a small calorie deficit, so I'm not too upset.
Going to try to get some running equipment (shoes, etc.) next week so I can start that... but jeez, it's taking me longer than I'd like due to unavoidable things :P
Well, the point is do always do better, so yeah...

My exercise journal has recorded a moderate walk of 1 hour and 20 minutes... which, technically, I didn't take... BUT I wear a pedometer that gives estimated amount of calories burned for the steps taken, and that's the best way I can think of, of entering that sort of exercise here :)
Also, I didn't actually have yellow cake... it was a recipe called Johnny Cake (or Cornbread?) that mixes a cornbread recipe with a yellow cake recipe... There is nothing entered into FS for such a thing, as far as I could tell, and I really had neither the energy or the recourses to enter it in.
I'm doing well, I think. I'm happy! Weigh in on Sunday...
I wanted to do more 'proper' exercise today, But I don't think I can do it... I might try doing TBL Card Game in between getting ready for bed and getting into bed... because I do really want/need to move more, and I need to get used to it anyway because I'm going to college next spring and there are those rumors about the Freshman 10 (also, I've heard it said, 20). I think that if I'm in the habit of moving (and since I really do enjoy exercise and don't like breaking good habits), I'm more likely to avoid such discouraging setbacks as all that.

Well, I didn't eat beans all day. We ran out. Imagine, a whole crock pot full of beans gone in such a short period of time. I'm making more tomorrow :)
I am so tired; housework is hard on the stamina! I'm happy, though; it's good exercise!
Hopefully, I can continue on this healthier trend in eating, and get a more habitual activity-schedule going also.

Today was a bad day. Very bad... just all over bad bad bad bad bad.... Ugh...
Went 20% over my RDI... part of it was those darned chips, feh... curse tortilla chips! At least the oil-laden store-bought kind... they are not friendly to me! haha.
Anyway, I got some exercise done - the 15 minutes of bare minimum, but ok.
I'll do better tomorrow... Tomorrow is a bean day. Eating cooked pinto beans for breakfast, lunch, and dinner since they fill me up without costing me a ton of calories.
As far as the embarrassing side effect goes, I don't tend to have that... which is nice. I've always loved beans, so I guess my body has just acclimated to them. :)
