Okay June is coming faster than you think! So doing as much sweating as possible. This is this week:
Monday: Zumba 1Hr/Pilates 1Hr
DONE
Tuesday: Kickboxing 1hr
DONE
Wednesday: Body-shape Workout 1hr / Zumba 1hr
Thursday: Kickboxing 2hrs (two different classes)
Friday: Kickboxinbg 1hr
Satruday: Intense Body-shape 1hr
Okay I wrote it down, so makes it real!!
Dinner: (all the other meals are planned out)
Monday: Turkey sandwich w/serving of cottage cheese and glass of milk
Tuesday: Baked Accorn Squash w/meat onions peppers low-fat cheese
Wednesday: Fish and steamed veggie
Thursday: Spinach Salad w/Chicken
Friday: ???????
Weekend.....most likely more baked squash. Hubby is now obssessed w/squash!
Sunday off, and then start again on Monday!!!

Okay, start of the DFW Challenge today! Good thing I tired on my dress for the wedding over the weekend to put in image in my head to keep me on track!! So off we go in to the healthy smaller yander!!! Woooooooooooooo!!!!!
