I'm trying to get my routine back at the gym slowly but surely. I was so freakin' sore at first but am finally feeling a little more in control. I'm sad that their were no power plunge classes at the pool but I plan to exercise on my own there until they do 2X a week and work out at the gym 3X a week. They don't have the yoga class I used to attend either. I was thinking about trying Palates Reformer but think I should probably work out at the gym for at least a few more weeks before I add that in. I'm not sure how difficult that is or if it's something I can even do. They will let you try the first class out for free so I plan to do that. I also incorporate walking every other day as well for now.

I joined back at the YMCA gym this week and I'm pretty sore from working certain muscles I haven't worked in over a year now. My plan is to work out in the gym 3 days/week and start power plunge classes in the pool 2 days a week to start.
