Seem to always have difficulties at dinner time. This is even more difficult with three boys and a husband who can eat ANYTHING and not gain weight. Have to go back to preparing my meats on the weekends and cooking the vegetables each day.
I know I have the discipline to succeed. I just need to remind myself everyday. I need to get on my exercise bike for at least 30 mins this evening.

Great workout. I don't know why I have been struggling with taking this weight off. It's been almost 20 years. Why is this so hard for me?

Trying something new called Shakeology by BeachBody. I have a friend who will be my personal trainer. Let's see how the next 30 days go.

Back on program after a hiatus. Amazed I kept most of the weight off. Need to get back in my groove to be ready for summer season next year.
