Well, I've gained about 10 pounds since my hysterectomy. My sister-in-law is following the Lindora Medical Clinic food plan. I am too. Today I am following the prep stage for sat and Sun. On Monday I will follow the protein days plan until Wed. Then I start to eat from the weight-loss plan. this is a 28 day diet. I hope it helps me feel better about me. The book is a workbook that will help me to look into the reasons why I want to eat so much. In many ways I am powerless over food. I want to eat sweets all the time. I am a sugar addict. I rarely ever lose weight unless I give up sugar. This is my life basically every morning. I want to lose weight so I am good for the first part of the day. Then by afternoon I am eating a some kind of dessert and decide to start a new diet tomorrow so I can continue to eat today. Then I over-eat today because I will be deprived since I am starting my diet again tomorrow. Then this cycle starts all over again the next day.

I know this eating is because of stress and emotional(emo)eating. I jsut havn't found anything to keep me sane enough to stop eating. Just writing about this is crazy. This is where I begin to berate myself for my insanity. Fortunately for me I don't have time for it this morning.

I love you Ronniesgirl - Hang in there and don't give-up hope. One day it is all gonna work out.
