Yeah! I made it JUST under 150 lbs! That was my goal for the week and I made it....somehow! As usual, I was not perfect. I did not want to deprive myself totally. I have daily issues with food choices and sometimes I would rather just not eat. I don't know if many people are consumed by food choices or if good choices just come to them naturally. Ohhh, did I want to order something really, really good/BAD at Cheesecake Factory yesterday. So many choices. I still did not make the best food choice. I found that out when I got home. I thought Kobe Beef was a lean meat, or I guess I was hoping. I did not know until I searched the Internet for Cheesecake Factory's nutritional information, which I did not find on THEIR website! I will not order that again. I printed out their menu with the nutritional value of everything to see if there are any good food choices there. Otherwise, when I go out for a treat, it will have to be elsewhere. Live and Learn!

On another very, very good note, when I met with my doctor yesterday, I no longer have "obesity" down as one of my diagnoses, even though I weighed 151 lbs fully clothed! Just hope the blood work also comes with very good news!

Again, another week gone by. I did not lose weight this week. I ate things I should not have. I did not lose control though. I documented all the damage but did not binge. I don't think we cooked one meal at home the whole week. We've got to stop that and fast. Still have some Olive Garden soup and salad to finish though.

I finally got my hubby to sign up! Yeah! Now I will have some help and I need all the help I can get! I do not bring anything unhealthy into the house but my husband has a maddening sweet tooth. He also likes to brings things home that he knows I like. I am not strong enough to have things in the house that I really like to eat as of yet. An alcoholic does not have alcohol in the house or even mouthwash with alcohol in it, a person who has finally concurred the addiction to nicotine does not have a cigarette in the house and as a food-addict, I should not have unhealthy good choices in the house!

I will lose weight next week, no doubt about that one. I am going to work very hard to get under 150 lbs this time. It will be done....It will be done....It will be done...Oh Yeah!

This week was not a good week as far as diet and exercise. I screwed up on them both and the scale shows it. I got my mexican food craving, ice cream craving, as well as pizza and cannoli craving all done with in one week. That was my problem....1 week! I think skinny people just have one treat a week, if that much. That is why I am not a skinny person! I did keep track of my food though and wrote everything down in my Food Diary. That was very hard to do when I had to look up items I knew were not good choices and tally up the GRIM total. So I have to say, it could have been much worse for me.

I have accepted what I have done and I am not going to beat myself up over it, which I would normally do. I know I will be surrounded by not-so-healthy food choices throughout the next two days so I have to be very careful. I think if I prepare healthy food in advance, I do much better. Then I don't have to figure out what to eat when I'm tired, hungry and what I call "weak".
