I need to leave the ripped in 30 by jillian michaels and the brazen ab challenge due to my sickness right now. I surely need to start slower! Sorry I havent been on. I have not been feeling well.. I think I slept my life away all week last week into this week. Going to doctor today and the endocrinologist tomorrow. Missed seeing everyones posts but I did keep track of what I ate on a post it till I came on lol. Hope everyone is doing well ;)

This is really so true, look how much I am eating and my caloric net intake is pretty low for what I eat! But seriously making a very large pot of vegetable soup with mostly non starchy veggies, you will eat so much of it and get full without the calories or the fat nor carbs. It is really worth it.

I just dont understand. Im living on cabbage soup, yogurt and lean meats and egg whites. my caloric intake is well below my calories to lose weight for my bmi, what the heck am I doing wrong???

Today was not a good day. I was soooooo tired all day couldn't stop sleeping all day and I never get headaches. Not since I was in my teens and twenties. Last night and today I had the worst headaches and nausea with them. Hope nothing is wrong. Today I was supposed to start my first challenge aerobics Ripped in 30, Jillian Michaels. I couldn't do anything less jumping around sweating and losing weight, and gaining muscles!!! sigh... not a good day.. now I feel guilty. I didn't even do my brazen abs today either. Sigh.... guess I will go back to bed. One good thing. Didn't eat much today. Hope all my FSB r doing MUCH better than me!!!
