Haven't exercised or kept up with my diet for basically 2 weeks... I feel like I just lost all my progress, and have to start ALL over again. I'm losing willpower and motivation.. 👎

Almost didn't do Day 2 of the 30- Day Squat, Krunch, and Plank challenges. But I'm glad I did because now I can sleep tonight guilt free. ✌
