I'm happy with this small loss becase I made a huge mistake yesterday. My hubby wanted to go out to breakfast yesterday morning to IHOP. I ordered an omelette with bacon, pork links, and onions and peppers. They didn't have any material on the nutritional content of their food, OFCOURSE! So when I got I home I was able to get on the internet and I saw that the omelette I ordered had many carbs and nearly 1000 calories in it! Jeesh! Just goes to show even an omelette made in a restaurant can be misleading. I'm also noticing that caffeine may hinder my weighloss. I had a couple of my BELOVED Starbucks this weekend. With Sunday being today, it's a new week and time to buckle back down. I am also going to my Barbell Strength class this morning. This is my second week of Atkins Phase 1 Induction...total weighloss is nearly 7 lbs in 7 days. READY FOR ANOTHER 7 IN 7 MORE!!
