Lots of protein again, so that's going well. Week 3 of joining a gym with lots of fun classes, and took my 3rd dance fit class last night. It all seems to finally be working! Fingers crossed!

I was doing great, then went out to a social event and ate fried chicken sliders. And drank wine. Ate a few bites of a pretzel with beer cheese. Total disaster. But it was such a fun time, with new people, I was out of the house... Worth it. I'm back on track today to increase protein, decrease carbs. And weirdly, down a lb.
