Okay folks; firstly I’m not leaving here. Secondly tonight I’m have a 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes, 3/4 cup of zucchini; and chicken fried steak.

Just out of curiosity; how many of you are using another app to track calorie intake and weight loss besides fat secret? Have been considering another app such as noom or another, due to the higher than normal trolls and body shaming going on here; just being honest and truthful

Hey everyone here, actually feeling better today than I have in 3 weeks, hope all have a great rest of the week and weekend ahead. Over the last few days I’ve gotten more rest and slept better than earlier this week. It’s amazing what better rest and sleep will do when ill.

Well fs it’s been a while since I posted my weight; it’s been a tough 3.5 weeks with various respiratory infections, went Friday back to dr; one infection cleared but developed 2 more in its place; so back on a more powerful antibiotic, over the last 2 weeks have eaten between 800-1200 calories per day; as these infections have curbed my appetite.
