anyone tried Papa Murphy's veggie delite pizza?
I generally order pizza once every week or two. I order a small cheese pizza, I eat have one day, counted as 2 starches, a protein and my fat, then the next day i eat the rest!!!
On the side I also eat a large salad with lite dressing and drink lots of water!!!

Generally when you crave foods it' because your body is missing something it needs, such as salt, vitamins or minerals.

question about the new plans
I've done both the old plan and the new plan. I'm currently doing the old plan once again after not losing any weight for about 6 weeks!!!
yes the portion sizes are smaller, but there is more food, the plan I was on added another protein, and there was like 5 starches (which if you eat lite bread you can eat 10 slices a day, how outrageous), I did not feel like the new plan was reasonable, so much more food, smaller portions but overall more food.
If you have issues with your weightloss talk to your center, mine was fine with me switching back, took me several weeks as they wanted to confirm that I wasn't losing weight.

Jerk Chicken
Oh I was just wondering if anyone else had a HORRIBLE experience like we did? We made it with several chicken breasts, marinated it for the required time, and couldn't eat it it was so freaking hot and spicy!!!!!!
