Lost 45 pounds and have been maintaining for two months. Hoping to offer and receive lots of support. I'm 53 and Type II diabetic, and have been off meds since mid Feb. 2010. Running daily 5K 3-4 times a week. Never felt better. Support from family & friends lukewarm at best. I think they're concerned about eating disorders. I do HAVE TO WORK on moderation, and realize it won't happen overnight. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
