I work from home and do a lot of video gaming and writing. My job requires me to sit at my computer at least 8 hours out of the day and to not have a regular sleep schedule. In the past 2-3 (Sept-Dec '21) months I have gained 30 lbs, now I need to really buckle down and lose weight.
