I am no stranger to dieting, and unfortunately "HAD" an extravagant taste for starchy sweet foods, which left me hungry and craving for more. I'm a divorced working mom of two adopted boys. I have a sedentary job, which requires that I remain still for up to 7 hours per day.
A few things happened to help me to want to lose weight:
-age and the affects of it (aching joints, neck pain and sore back)
-Dad's and sister's very serious issues with diabetes
-hating to look in the mirror (face wasn't that bad -- took account pic early in 2013, however body sucked)
-lack of sex life
-tired of feeling like pure #%&*
-advances in the science and education of food and nutrition
-wisdom
-superfoods and how they satisfy and make me feel great
-learning to love myself again and being okay with other people loving me also, in a healthy way
