Hi! My names Serena I recently decided to loose a little weight due to putting weight on because of quitting smoking. Im really enjoying the exercise part of it as I completed my first 10k run in October in just over (literally by 19 secs) an hour too! and experimenting with food (and all the compliments off people noticing my progress!
Update Aug 2012: Well I found my man...and put on a whole heap a weight! lol...so back here to loose a little before holiday :) Onwards and downwards!
