This was a once in a lifetime trip to visit Highclere Castle for all you Downton Abbey fans! I brought back teas and have had a couple today to help curb my appetite from wanting the carbs! Took a week off from tracking but back at it today!

I did pretty well considering I was in the UK for a week and ate pastries, pub pie and fish and chips! Now back to tracking and working out.

I did a body scan with a wellness location because I was curious about the fat around my waist. Interestingly I have lower body fat compared to 80% of the women age 60+. Some of you know I have had a goal of 30" for my waist and according to this mine is 30.8" which puts me at normal risk for disease. My waist to hip ratio however is .8 and for women they want it below .8 so it states I am at Moderate risk of disease. I know these scans are not 100% but it was interesting and gave me my calories I should have each day too.
