This workout ends my less weight but more reps and only 2 sets. I spent 4 1/2 minutes in zone 5 but I find lots of reps more taxing! Friday I will be back to heavy weights which is my favorite on the rotation.

7 AM workout for me and I am not a morning person and I got a PB on my one Arm Rows- I have moved up to 55#!
