Very simple homemade goulash that I meal prep and will freeze some for when I need a quick meal. Macros all planned out. This meal has 4 servings of vegetables and gives me 35 G Protein, 48 G Carbs and 15G fat.

Weighed in after eating & drinking on a Caribbean cruise for 8 nights so expected to be up. Just get back down to business and eating right. Also first workout and the trainer backed me off quite a bit but it still was challenging and felt good to be back in a routine.

I am up a little but I also started taking creatine again. I find it helps with my muscle soreness but it also at first makes you retain water. I do feel like I have an improvement at the gym too but that could be a placebo affect!! LOL
