So, I have planned my day for tomorrow and pick out my dinner from Red Lobster. Calories for the day will be a bit high but my percentage are good and carbs are just under 100.

I went to the doctor today and was cleared to return to work so back to work tomorrow. I am kind of looking forward to it.
Day 5 is complete and I have done well so far this week.

Day 4 is complete. I did better with the carbs today. I go to the doctor tomorrow and back to work. I am kind of looking forward to getting back to work.
I have a phone interview tomorrow at 3, I have been looking around for new position, but I guess it was good that when I got so sick that I was still with the company I have been with for almost 13 years.
I am looking forward to dinner out on Wednesday, I haven't been out of the house in like a month. It will be good to catch up with my friend.

Day 3 completed. I have done very well sticking to about 1500 calories per day. One thing I need to do is cut done on the carbs a bit although I am not doing low carb at this time, I know that keeping my carbs down works for me.
I plan to go back to work on Tuesday. I have basically been out sick for a month. I feel out of touch with what has been going on at work since I haven't been there. I am sure everyone will work to catch me up. It is weird being the director and not really knowing what is going on.
Wednesday I am going to dinner with a friend. I will keep my breakfast and lunch light. I am allowing myself 1500-1800 calories per day with my goal being to stay close to the 1500 cal mark. But on Wednesday I will allow myself the 1800 mark.
I am hoping to average 2lbs per week. I would love to be 100lbs lighter by next March. I joined the Let's Get Down a Size by Summer challenge. I am hoping to get some support and stay focused.
Right now I can't fasten my seat belt. So, I buckle it before I get in and slip in under the shoulder strap to avoid tickets. I think once I am down about 30lbs I will be able to fasten it again.
I am pretty irritated at myself for gaining all this weight. In 6 months if I am not doing well losing I am going to look into surgery. I really don't want to go the surgery route. But I can't continue at this weight. I am lucky I haven't had any weight related health problems but I can't count on that forever and I am getting older.
Well enough rambling for now.
