Fear of turning 30, single and childless. I joined snap fitness january 1st 2011 weighing 225 lbs 53 inches waist. I set a goal of workingout and burning 200 cal. A day. When I first started it took me 45~90 min. I have such to it for two months now and out has been hard but I now burn 200 cal s in30 min workout using the tead mill. Now I have platoed at losing 15lbs and 6inches off my waist. I recently joined a weightloss boot camp 1 hour once a week. Pne session and ive lost another 2 lbs not much I know but I finally am losing weight again after 2 weeks of not. I am dieting low fat/sugar/fat and moderate carbs and high protien. Just looking for more support and meal ideas. Wish me luck...lol
