I started using this app May 2022. Looking back at my weight fluctuations, how good I was eating , how hard I was going and how it was never enough to lose an adequate amount of weight is disappointing. Well I just found out I have PCOS & I’m pre-diabetic, now it all makes sense.. 2+ consecutive yrs of trying & getting nothing. I’m burned out. I’m on medication for it but I don’t have the energy to do everything else on my end anymore. I got back on here to get all the wonderful encouragement you all have given me over the years❤️ I’m trying to motivate myself again but it’s tough😔
