My name is Rachel I'm 21 and I've never really been realllly over-weight and I'm not sure how much I weighed when I started jogging last year around my birthday in June 2008. I just know that I wasn't happy or healthy and I was a jean size 8/9 and after a couple months of jogging 20 minutes a night and revamping the way I eat I was a size 3. I've kept it off since then and now am I trying to be more toned and muscular while staying trim. I don't want to over work myself so I don't go to the gym more than 3 times a week. I don't remember what I looked like anymore and I feel like a better me -- although I still am a chubby girl at heart sometimes, I still get self conscious about myself ;) But who doesn't.... :D
