Intermittent Fasting
Thanks to all the people who replied to this thread. Looks like everyone is different. Bottom line is find what works for yourself. Have had not seen any difference with the intermittent fasting so I have gone back to just eating when I am hungry.

Intermittent Fasting
Thanks for all the replies. I was trying the 16/8 and though I had no problem doing it I found I had no energy the days I went to the gym. In addition I was not losing any more weight than I was eating 3 or more meals a week.

Intermittent Fasting
I have been reading a lot about intermittent fasting for weight loss. Many of the points about this type of eating make a lot of sense if true.
Has anyone tried this intermittent fasting?
I first tried eating 5 meals a day and restricting calories with poor results. I then tried the same amount of calories and intermittent fasting and am seeing a 1lb a week weight loss.
