I kept my intake to 2000 or less the past 3 days. I workout 4 days a week yet I am continuing to gain weight instead of loosing. just sharing.
I tried egglife wrap they are good. I placed beef jerky in my car to eat if I am hungry. finally, I bought cauliflower sticks and other items that healthier than potato chips or Doritos. thank FS family for the support and encouragement. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

amazing Day. Went to the YMCA did the NUstep and increased the time to to 44 minutes 3 miles equals to 5500 steps. added upper body routine and situps with weight. spa after. feeling great. food intake target is 2200 I am at 480 calories so far for the day. feeling grateful.

I had a great workout 35 minutes using NUstep and did 4200 steps an equal to 2.5 miles. and did core strengthening to help recovery of my muscles after back surgery #3. finally water sit-ups and leg exercises.
I came back from being paralyzed and I know I come back and better from this. MINDSET. I coach my clients on mindset and I am applying my teaching on me. yeah. A salad and a home beef burrito Yum.

it's been a challenge with my physical ability and continue to work out every other day. weight maintained no loss yet. staying around 2400 calories per day. looks like I need to reduce my calories to get the desired result.

great work out, 35 minutes NUstep, Adduction, core strengthening and Spa. calories under 2000 for the past 2 days. yeah maintaining. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
