So let me say this. It doesn't pay to cheat!
I've been doing great on my diet or lifestyle change so much that since I cheated yesterday, I'm paying for it on the toilet today. Won't do it again. It's definitely not worth it lol

I hate that losing weight take so long. I honestly wish I could hit a button and it would all fall off lol. I'm just glad that I decided to make the change and know that I will definitely appreciate my decision at the finish line.
To everyone who's fighting this fight... Good luck because it's definitely not easy. But once you have made it in your mind that you are ready for the change. Nothing can stop you.
I am rooting for all you!!! See u at the end!
