not feeling the need to post pictures of everything i eat lately...in the beginning if i didn't i just couldnt stay focussed...hmm. i must be getting used to this.

so i noticed yesterday that i had to tighten up my permanently tied drawstring on my pants cuz they felt like they were gonna slide off my bum whike i was walking.. and today i stepped off of a low wall and expected my knee to feel a little jarred when my foot touched down but it felt just fine ☺ ...i like it.

my "performance" bar is saying im averaging a loss of 15lbs a week, lol. i know it's just because i went back and adjusted my starting weight to when i was at my heaviest and first went to talk to my doctor.. but the starting date apparently didn't change...anybody know how i can fix it or is it a glitch im stuck with?
