Fresh Start.
This is not the first time I have been on a diet. But this time it is different I have been diagnosed with Pre-diabetes. 2 years ago I did a diet on my own, lost 50lbs in about 4 months. Exercising 5 days a week for about 2 to 3 hours per day. I know this is a lot but I had to make a change because my mother and just passed away and she was only 55 years old. The weight lost was going great until I herniated 3 discs in my back that was also causing a lot of pain with my sciatic nerve. I was down and out for over 6 months and I gained all my weight back plus some. Now I moved in with a friend and we are both working at specific goals. She bought my a treadmill for my birthday and the worst part is that I can't even use it because I weigh to much. So I joined a new gym and I plan to keep at it till I lose at least 100lbs then I might be able to use the treadmill at home.
