got on the scales this morning put on 3lb in space of 8 hours, hows that work. been really good though today.
hope it says different for my official weigh in on saturday.

got weighed today, put on 1 lb, not good, no more eating cheese at work for a treat.

Well, 6 months to my holidays, and at least 42lb to loose.well would even be happy with 28lb gone.
