Well a busy week and not much time to think about not eating late in the evening is where I mess-up. Turn towards late evening If I start picking at food the next know i have eaten too much junk.

After eating a late supper 7PM ish and resting most of the evening. After a busy week. At 8:00 AM about to eat a late breakfast got back on the scale. 221 Lbs.
