July 5th 2022. I am a 71 year old woman. I have been training for the World Master Track Championships for over 6 months. I've been trying to loses weight for over 5 years and I stay at 2000. My K intake varies from 1300 to 200 depending on my training schedule. I do't know what to do. I can't seem to lose weight.
I have tried high Protein, Keto (hated the amount of crap for fat), whole30, pescatarian, now I 've been a plant base eater for over 2 years, but I do include chicken for protein. Still no weight loss. My doctors are scratching their heads. I don't eat refined sugar, I don't secret snack and I don't eat tons of food.
I'm at a loss.
