How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Thanks for all the replies. I am settling on weighing in Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. I like the idea of knowing my weight before going into weekend indulgences; this way I can pare down if needed. Also, I take lowest of three day weigh-ins for charting purposes. I use a daily step tracker, the Fitbit. Over time I see a SLOW loss.

my at home tough program
Snowed in and have not been able to walk daily. Walking around dining table with weights and setting up a stationary bike.
Need to strength train!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I also an emotional eater, was reluctant to get on scale after holiday eating. Sorry about your loss, losing parents is something we never truly get over. I am trying to weigh in 1-2 weekly.
